and left in a suffocating, claustrophobic state for a prolonged period.
All these characters are static, silent and suffering. Trapped inside
the lift, they also confront the murder of a woman along with a cop and
jointly solve it.
A police commissioner is attending an anniversary celebration of a
flat in an apartment as a Chief guest. Along with him, two couples, a
writer (Prathap Pothen), fretful man and a lift-operator Thampuran
(Indrajith) get stuck in the lift. Thampuran talks about a prostitute

jointly with others in the lift will form the crux of the film.
